Effective T-cell responses not only require the engagement of receptors (TCRs; "signal 1"), but also availability costimulatory signals ("signal 2"). bispecific antibodies (TCBs) deliver a robust signal 1 by engaging TCR signaling component CD3ε, while simultaneously binding to tumor antigens. The CD20-TCB glofitamab redirects T cells CD20-expressing malignant B cells. Although exhibits strong single-agent efficacy, adding may enhance depth and durability T-cell-mediated cell killing. Abstract Coronary artery fistulae are uncommon but may be haemodynamically significant, being an incidental finding in 0.1–0.2% of coronary angiograms. Even rarer is the association between and non-atherosclerotic aneurysms. They most frequently originate right artery, cardiac chambers common draining chambers. Most children asymptomatic, whereas those older than 20 years present with signs congestive heart failure, infective endocarditis, myocardial ischaemia, or aneurysm rupture....

s p c t a e P Major aortopulmonary collateral arteries (MAPCAs) are anomalous vessels that develop from the aorta or its main branches and supply pulmonary parenchyma with oxygenated blood. They usually associated congenital heart disease rare in isolation. We report case of newborn girl, full term, no relevant history, whom III/VI murmur was detected on left sternal border first day life. At seven days remote cardiology consultation raised suspicion right inferior vein stenosis despite...

The authors describe the case male adolescent with week-long history intermittent fever and unquantified weight loss. Physical examination detected pansystolic diastolic murmurs, associated precordial thrill. Laboratory tests showed evidence active infection. Etiological investigation revealed perimembranous ventricular septal defect, aortic regurgitation,...

Abstract Percutaneous pulmonary valve implantation is a less invasive procedure to treat right outflow tract dysfunction related surgical procedures such as repair of Tetralogy Fallot. Despite the lower risks, complications have been reported, namely embolisation pre-stent. We report case 16-year-old boy, whose was complicated by pre-stents and strategy used reimplant them, prior successful valve.
