Glycopolymers with three different pendant alkyl chain lengths (0, 4 and 6) of conjugated glucose moieties were prepared by deacetylation synthesized acetylated polymers their<italic>in vitro</italic>responses osteoblast cell adhesion, viability proliferation investigated. The increase in spacer length moiety the glycopolymer had enhanced cytocompatibility even at higher concentration.
