Postmenopausal vaginal bleeding is a rare presentation of Krukenberg tumor (KT). Here we report very unusual gastric cancer in postmenopausal female patient, who presented with complaint bleeding. She was found to have KT the left ovary after total abdominal hysterectomy and bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy (TAH-BSO). subsequently diagnosed primary cancer.
