Amoebic liver abscess is the most common extra-intestinal manifestation of invasive amoebiasis. Rupture into pleural cavity and abdomen well known complication amoebic but rupturing abdominal wall tracking upto inguinoscrotal region through a very rare presentation. We report unique interesting case ruptured layers presenting as acute with tender swelling. Definite surgical management was required in this to which patient responded well. Pilomatrixoma in the head and neck region usually occur immediate subcutaneous tissue. Pilamatrixoma of parotid are rare. We present a case pilomatrixoma mimicking mucoepidermoid carcinoma on aspiration cytology. A 21 year old female presented our hospital with painless swelling left simulating gland tumor.
