We perform large-scale Monte Carlo simulations using the Machta-Newman-Chayes algorithms to study critical behavior of both diluted antiferromagnet in a field with 30% dilution and random-field Ising model Gaussian random fields for different strengths. Analytical calculations by Cardy [Phys. Rev. B 29, 505 (1984)] predict that models map onto each other share same universality class limit vanishing fields. However, detailed finite-size scaling analysis Binder cumulant two-point correlation...
Abstract Accurate and rapid bandgap prediction is a fundamental task in materials science. We propose graph neural networks with transfer learning to overcome the scarcity of training data for high-fidelity predictions. also add perturbation-based component our framework improve explainability. The experimental results show that consisting graph-level pre-training standard fine-tuning achieves superior performance on all tasks training-set sizes. Furthermore, provides reliable explanation...
The mid-infrared (mid-IR) nonlinear optical (NLO) capabilities of Mg–IV–V2 (IV = Si, Ge, Sn; V P, As) are systematically assessed by the first-principles calculation. results show that compounds in this group except MgSiP2 and MgSnP2 have moderate birefringence values to fulfill phase-matching conditions. In particular, MgGeP2 MgSiAs2 possess relatively large band gaps almost three four times larger static SHG coefficients than benchmark material AgGaSe2, exhibiting good potential for mid-IR...

We performed the first-principles calculations on elastic and thermal properties for chalcopyrite ZnSnX 2 (X = P, As, Sb), employing ultrasoft pseudo-potentials generalized gradient approximation (GGA) under frame of density functional theory. The equilibrium structural lattice constants are in good agreement with reported data. characteristics were evaluated high-pressure condition (0–20 GPa), such as constants, bulk modulus, shear Poisson’s ratio, Zener anisotropy compressibility index....
In order to solve the obstacle avoidance path planning problem of automatic driving vehicles on unstructured roads, an A* algorithm is used search for collision-free path. The waypoints are compressed by RDP (Ramer-Douglas-Peucker) [5]. A polynomial fit between two adjacent ensure continuity vehicle speed, acceleration, jerk (derivative acceleration), and snap jerk), so that unmanned drives smoothly. Finally, five S-curves complete speed-time path, colliding parts filled interpolation....
