The biological and medicinal properties of 5-aminopyrazoles have prompted enormous research aimed at developing synthetic routes to these heterocyles. This review focuses on the associated with this system. Various methods developed up 2010 for compounds are described, particularly those that involve reactions β-ketonitriles, malononitrile, alkylidenemalononitriles their derivatives hydrazines, as well some novel miscellaneous methods.
Hypocomplementemic urticarial vasculitis syndrome (HUVS) is a rare autoimmune disorder characterized by recurrent lesions and acquired hypocomplementemia with systemic manifestations. Systemic involvement can either be present at the onset of disease or develop later. Here, we case 22-year-old female, who initially presented generalized rash was eventually diagnosed HUVS. She responded well to dapsone. This article emphasizes importance comprehensive review manifestations accompanying urticaria.

Multinuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy together with GIAO-DFT calculations allowed establishment of the structure products obtained by condensation 3(5)-amino-4-phenyl-1H-pyrazole and beta-dicarbonyl compounds bearing a trifluoromethyl group. They are 3-phenyl-5-(R)-7-trifluoromethylpyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidines.
