본 연구는 한국 성인의 직업 수준에 따른 구강건강상태 및 행태의 현황을 확인하기 위하여 제4기 국민건강영양조사 자료를 이용하여 현재 경제활동을 하고 있다고 응답한 19~64세 성인 중 구강검사, 건강설문조사를 모두 완료한 7,676명을 최종 연구대상으로 삼아, 직업계층, 종사상 지위 직업분류에 구강건강수준 분석하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 남녀 모두에서 직업계층에 유의미한 차이를 확인하였고, 특히 비육체직에 비해 육체직 종사자가 치아우식증 유병 위험도가 남자는 1.19배, 여자는 1.67배 높았고, 하루 3회 미만 칫솔질 실천 1.83배, 2.39배 높았다(p<0.05). 지위에 따라 행태에서 정규직 종사자에 일용직 종사자의 불건강 가장 치아우식 유병, 실천, 구강검진 미검진, 저작불편호소 위험도는 남자 여자 관리자, 전문가 관련 농림어업 숙련종사자의 근로자의 높은 구강질병 유병수준은 근로손실 경제손실을 초래할 수 있고, 이는 개인의 경제적 부담을 가중시킬 뿐아니라,...

본 연구는 유치원에서 어린이집으로 이직한 유아교사가 어린이집 영아반에서 어떠한 보육 경험을 하고 있는지 살펴보는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 이직하여 영아반 담임을 맡고 있는 유아교사 12명을 연구 참여자로 선정하였다. 2023년 5월 4일부터 8월 12일까지 개별 면담을 진행하였으며 질적연구의 분석 과정을 거쳐 분석하였다. 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유아교사들은 유치원 조직문화에 대한 회의감으로 소진을 빠르게 겪으며 이직을 하게 되었다. 둘째, 처음에는 막연한 두려움을 느꼈으나 여유로운 환경과 시간, 귀엽고 사랑스러운 영아들, 서로 의견을 나누고 부족함을 채워 줄 수 투담임 제도에 대해 긍정적인 반응을 보였다. 셋째, 교사에게 의존도가 높은 영아교사에 낮은 인식, 학부모의 무리한 요구에 어려움을 느끼고 있었다. 넷째, 더 좋은 교사가 되고 싶은 소망을 가지고 일상생활 속 나만의 힐링 타임, 성장과 배움을 위한 노력을 있었으나 가로막는 현실적인 벽도 연구의 결과가 영아...
