This paper proposes a compact active‐matrix organic light‐emitting diode pixel circuit using double‐gate oxide thin‐film transistor (TFT). Due to the multifunctional characteristics of TFT, threshold voltage could be compensated more efficiently. The simulation showed better compensation performance in proposed than one with only single‐gate TFT.

신체는 인간의 가장 기본적이고도 중요한 요소로 다의어와 은유를 통해 다양한 의미 확장의 양상을 보여준다. 이 논문은 상대적으로 논의가 덜 이루어진 몸통 신체어(가슴, 배, 등, 허리)를 대상으로 하여 그 특성을 탐구하고 어휘 속성의 개념을 형상, 구조, 기능적 측면에서 신체어의 구조를 파악한다.몸통 신체어는 범위와 경계가 모호하지만 형상적·구성적·기능적 측면을 분석해 보았을 때 신체어별로 활성화된 중점이 각각 다르게 나타난다는 가진다. 다의성 및 합성어와 관용구 등을 분석한 결과 '가슴'은 '마음, 생각'을 나타내는 추상적인 기능을 바탕으로 한 관용구가 많았고, '배'는 볼록한 형태 소화와 임신의 기능에 대한 많이 존재하였다.
