Metasurfaces offer a convenient means to control the polarization state of light. Converting linear (LP) and maintaining circular (CP) in reflection mode have been widely realized, but these two types not achieved using single metasurface. This article reports an anisotropic metasurface that allows both multiband LP conversion CP-maintaining reflection, due anisotropy metamaterial's unit cell. system facilitates ultrawide-band converters for $e.g.$ antennas, wireless communication, radar technology.
Abstract The zinc orthosilicate, Zn 2 SiO 4 ceramics, exhibit great potential as microwave dielectric materials due to their low constant and ultrahigh quality factor. solid‐state synthesis of ceramics often results in the presence a secondary phase ZnO, however, leading significantly lower Q × f values. Cold‐isostatic‐pressing (CIP) nonstoichiometry have been proven effective purifying but need elaborate process composition manipulation. In this work, it was found that particle size plays...
Using a simple solid-state mixed oxides method, dense La2Mo2O9 ceramics with relative density higher than 94% were prepared at relatively low sintering temperatures (<960°C) and the crystal structure, dielectric properties studied in some details. Splitting peaks XRD profiles evidenced presence of monoclinic phase. Optimum microwave frequency achieved best-sintered sample 920°C, moderate permittivity 20.6, temperature coefficient resonance −38 ppm/°C, but quality factor Q×f ∼ 7,160 GHz (f =...
(1–x)(0.8Na0.5Bi0.5TiO3-0.2K0.5Bi0.5TiO3)-xK0.5Na0.5NbO3 (x = 0, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4) (NBT-KBT-KNN) ceramic solid solution was synthesized by phase method through designing KNN composition. XRD, Raman and SEM results show that NBT-KBT-KNN ceramics form solutions with a stable perovskite structure. The dielectric temperature spectrum impedance analysis confirmed the relaxor ferroelectrics (RFE) properties enhanced increasing content. breakdown electric field strength (BDS) also increased...
Abstract As an important branch of the research on smart materials, piezoelectric and ferroelectric materials play role in devices with functions sensing energy conversion electricity, magnetism, sound, light, force, heat, etc., provide a strong hardware support for development artificial intelligence data science. This paper studied properties potassium sodium niobate (K1/2Na1/2) NbO3-based doped solid solution, calculated xBa(Sc1/2Nb1/2)O3-(1-x)( K1/2Na1/2)NbO3 solution by using...
