ABSTRACT We report the complete genome sequences of five bacteria associated with marine cyanobacterium Capilliphycus salinus ALCB114379 phylum Pseudomonadota. This genetic diversity offers insights into cyanosphere, shedding light on potential relationships between these microorganisms and their cyanobacterial hosts.

Abstract Microbial lifestyles may reveal niche-specific signatures and can contribute to detecting the effects of abiotic fluctuations on biogeochemical cycles. Microorganisms make a tradeoff between optimizing nutrient uptake, improving biomass yield, overcoming environmental changes according hostility. Soda lakes are natural environments rich in carbonate bicarbonate water, resulting elevated pH salinities that frequently approach saturation. We hypothesized during dry period (elevated...

The saline-alkaline lakes (soda lakes) are the habitat of haloalkaliphilic cyanobacterium Anabaenopsis elenkinii , type species this genus. To obtain robust phylogeny species, we have generated whole-genome sequencing bloom-forming strain CCIBt3563 isolated from a Brazilian soda lake. This presents typical morphology A. with short and curved trichomes apical heterocytes established after separation paired intercalary also regarding to cell dimensions. Its genome size is 4 495 068 bp, G+C...

Abstract Soda lakes environment is known to be variable and can have distinct differences according geographical location. In this study, we investigated the effect of different environmental conditions six adjacent soda on bacterial communities their functioning using a metagenomic approach combined with flow cytometry chemical analyses. Ordination analysis water chemistry data from two sampling periods (wet dry) clustered in three profiles: eutrophic turbid (ET), oligotrophic (OT), clear...

ABSTRACT Here, we report 27 metagenome-assembled bacterial genomes (MAGs) from litter samples of a secondary forest located in Brazil over an Amazonian Dark Earth pool. The data set includes members the phyla Pseudomonadata (14 MAGs), Actinomycetota (7 Bacteroidota (4 Bacillota (1 MAG), and Bdellovibrionota MAG).

ABSTRACT We report a complete genome of Bacillus stercoris BHUJPV-SS7 isolated from soil which contains 4,299 predicted genes and 4,012 protein-coding within its chromosome (4,115,399 bp), has 43.51% G + C content beta-1,4-glucanase (EC 3.2.1.4) gene.
