Acute aortic occlusion is an infrequent clinical event with high morbidity and mortality. Management determined by the cause of occlusion, thromboembolectomy used for embolic events bypass thrombotic events. After bypass, recanalization a total has been sparsely reported. We present case infrarenal abdominal aorta that was managed surgically left axillary-bifemoral bypass. Imaging performed 6 months postoperatively revealed spontaneously recanalized occluded graft.

Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) are being increasingly recognized for their hypoimmunogenic and immunosuppressive properties. These include the expression of a wide array surface secreted proteins, which inhibit CD4+, CD8+, NK cells, while promoting regulatory cell phenotypes. For this reason, MSCs tested treating disorders involving inflammation activation adaptive immune response. Thus far, however, results clinical trials have been inferior to expectations based on in vitro studies. This...

Abstract Background and Aims There are several complications associated with hemodialytic vascular that arise from the incorrect cannulation, including aneurysms, infection, vessel damage, uncontrolled bleeding. These risks severely limit treatment opportunities for self-cannulation by patients, which is necessary step home hemodialysis. To improve quality of life reduce complications, we developed a novel access port, called Safe Entry Port AV fistuLae (SEAL), integrates fistulae, guides...
