Terrestrial biomes in South America are likely to experience a persistent increase environmental temperature, possibly combined with moisture reduction due climate change. In addition, natural fire ignition sources, such as lightning, can become more frequent under change scenarios since favourable conditions occur often. this sense, changes the frequency and magnitude of fires impose novel stressors on different ecosystems according their adaptation fires. By focusing Brazilian biomes, we...

This paper aims to deepen the discussion about productive interdependence and regional resilience among Brazilian states regions through an input-output network analysis identify emergent patterns or properties within states. We use inter-regional IO matrix, base year 2011, for 27 68 sectors. The main results show that some remain isolated in structure. Moreover, even with spatial heterogeneity presented economy, their is situated at a level enables recovery without important links.

In this work, we evaluated the evolution of some atmospheric pollutants (O3, NOx and PM10) over time their relationship with four different climate variables (solar irradiation, air temperature, relative humidity wind speed). To end, assessed long-range dependence those concentrations a Detrended Fluctuation Analysis (DFA) analyzed cross-correlation such through Cross-Correlation Coefficient (ρDCCA). The results show that pollution tends to increase time, impairing quality likely affecting...

Abstract This paper aims to analyse the connectivity of 13 stock markets, between 1998 and 2019, with a time-varying proposal, evaluate evolution linkage these markets over time. To do so, we propose use network built based on correlation coefficients from Detrended Cross-Correlation Analysis, using sliding windows approach. Besides allowing for analysis time, our approach also enables us verify how behaves different time scales, which enriches analysis. We two properties networks: global...
