Ca 1− x Cd MoO 4 ( = 0.0, 0.2, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8, and 1.0) ceramics were prepared by solid‐state reaction method. Tetragonal scheelite structure with I 1 / a space group was observed in all these compositions. Microwave dielectric properties such as quality factor Q × f ), constant (ε r temperature coefficient of resonant frequency τ ) measured the microwave range. Rietveld refinement performed on compositions bond valences A ‐, B ‐site cation, oxygen calculated. Influence structural parameters...

Dielectric studies were carried out on a lead free Sodium Bismuth Titanate, NBT, ( Na 0.5 Bi TiO 3 ) composition. The material was synthesized by conventional ceramic method (CS) and microwave sintering (MS). presence of single phase has been confirmed X-ray diffraction scanning electron microscopy NBT ceramic. later technique (MS) resulted in with high density, dielectric properties improved microstructure. transition temperature observed slightly higher for sintered material. Longitudinal...

Nasal continuous positive airway pressure (NCPAP) as a primary respiratory therapy in meconium aspiration syndrome (MAS) has not been studied extensively. pressure, when applied newborns with MAS, may resolve atelectasis by sufficiently expanding partially obstructed small airways and stabilizing the collapsing terminal to enhance oxygen exchange. To compare NCPAP vs standard care neonates moderate severe failure due MAS reducing need for invasive ventilation. This multicenter open-label,...

A new synthesis route with high energy ball milling and microwave sintering is used to obtain nanocrystalline BiFeO3 improved dielectric magnetic properties. Electrical properties are compared a conventionally sintered microcrystalline BiFeO3. It found that the constant increased more than one order of magnitude, electrical resistivity by six orders magnitude remnant polarization value 4-5 times for in comparison Nanocrystalline seen have ferromagnetic behavior whereas known be antiferromagnetic.

Abstract Tantalum oxide-Ta 2 O 5 mixed zirconium oxide-ZrO (TZO) films were deposited on p-silicon substrates using RF magnetron co-sputtering technique. The presence of tantalum, and oxygen atoms was confirmed by Rutherford Back Scattering analysis with NDF program. XRD spectra revealed that the as-deposited annealed TZO amorphous in nature. It is observed accumulation region has become stable after annealing also reduction intensity kinks/bumps at depletion C-V curves. dielectric constant...
