Peptide–drug conjugates (PDCs) are an emerging targeted therapeutic drug following on from the relative success of antibody–drug (ADCs). In this class, peptides used to target payload molecules at disease sites, thereby reducing toxicity and improving physicochemical properties payload. A PDC is composed three parts: peptide, linker toxin molecule, in structure, selection addition affinity stability peptide keys PDCs. Since development ADCs, drugs have undergone several updates – can PDCs...
Abstract A novel peptide‐based chemical fluorescence sensor L (Dansyl‐His‐Pro‐Thr‐Cys‐NH 2 ) was designed and synthesized. This exhibits an “On–Off–On” detection cycle to detect Cu 2+ , Zn S 2− in solution. According the chelation‐enhanced (CHEF) mechanism, when is present, significantly enhanced a blue shift occurs, representing “Turn‐On” phase of mode. Because copper ions (Cu have paramagnetic quenching sensing quenches rapidly with formation ‐Cu system, “Turn‐Off” phase. The subsequent...
