A nanocomposite synthesis of TiO2NT-graphene was prepared from titanium dioxide nanotubes and graphene oxide (GO) by a simple environmental friendly method (green method). The structure, surface morphology chemical composition were characterized Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), X-ray diffract meter (XRD), Raman, energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), selected area diffraction(SAED). XRD results confirm the interaction TiO2-NT with...
Iron oxide nanoparticles (IOXn) are unstable in aqueous solutions, which prevents their use various applications. Because of this, it was proposed to treat the IOXn surface by employing a dispersant like sodium poly (naphthalene formaldehyde) sulfonate (PNS). In single easy process, (IPNS) were made covering with PNS. The material's structure, morphology, and magnetic properties identified using XRD, TEM, Zeta potential, FTIR, HR-SEM, VSM. Due its complex molecular structure high anionic...
Two petroleum waxy by-products (light and middle slack wax crudes) were evaluated for separation of non-polar modifiers by using different techniques. The results showed that, the light is selected as a suitable n-alkanes with even number carbon atoms ranging from C20 to C26 their high n-paraffin contents can be used structural modifiers. Different techniques; multistage fractional crystallization liquid–solid chromatography; followed urea adduction technique have been separate modifier...
In this work, Ni-bentonite catalyst was synthesized through exchange method. The and the pristine clay were characterized by XRD, XRF, TGA/TDA, TEM, EDX-mapping, nitrogen adsorption-desorption at −196 °C, H2-TPD NH3-TPD. catalytic efficiency of dispersed nickel toward hydrocracking mazut (heavy residual fuel oil) under reduced pressure has been evaluated. experimental results showed increasing yield middle distillate fraction to 71 wt.% as reaction temperature raised 430 °C 2.0 MPa.
