Despite the recent advances in high-throughput sequencing, metagenome analysis of microbial populations still remains a challenge. In particular, metagenome-assembled genomes (MAGs) are often fragmented due to interspecies repeats, uneven coverage, and varying strain abundance. MAGs constructed via binning process that uses features input data order cluster long contigs presumably belonging same species. this work, we present BinSPreader-a refiner tool exploits assembly graph topology other...

UTBotCpp and UTBot Java [3] are automatic white-box test generators for C/C++ programs correspondingly. The tools were developed by Huawei based on symbolic concrete execution. They try to cover as many branches possible using program bytecode. For this purpose, analyze paths in the control flow graph of a given method, construct constraints them, find satisfying input values SMT-solver corresponding branches. In paper, we report results at tenth edition SBST 2022 tool competition.

UTBot is the tool for automated unit test generation, which produces ready-to-use Java cases with valid inputs. This year, it implemented in two different variants: UTBot-fuzz that a grey-box fuzzer and UTBot-concolic has dynamic symbolic execution engine its core now paired fuzzing. In this paper, we report results at SBFT 2023 competition.

Abstract Despite the recent advances in high-throughput sequencing, analysis of metagenome whole microbial population still remains a challenge. In particular, metagenome-assembled genomes (MAGs) are often fragmented due to interspecies repeats, uneven coverage and vastly different strain abundance. MAGs usually constructed via dedicated binning process that uses features input data order cluster contigs might belong same species. This has some limitations therefore binners discard shorter...
