In this work, we present an integrated waveguide-resonator scheme of atomic quantum transistor with a multi-qubit memory. The is realized in atomic-photon molecule formed linear chain three interconnected resonators, each which contains one resonant three-level atom. resonators are connected through the waveguides to memory containing long-lived multi-atomic ensembles capable storage photonic qubits arbitrary temporal mode.
