In this work, graphitic carbon nitride (g-C3N4) was doped with boron by thermal treatment NaBH4. We have shown that the morphology of modified polymer gradually changes from graphitic-like to amorphous, increasing amounts NaBH4 used for annealing. On other hand, doping has a very small influence on band gap energy, as well positions valence and conduction edges polymer, but strongly improves activity g-C3N4 in photocatalytic reduction oxygen degradation methyl orange (8-fold increase rate...
In this work, composite core–shell ZnO/TiO2 materials were fabricated by deposition of TiO2 layers via sol–gel method on ZnO nanorods hydrothermally grown ITO electrode.
Exfoliated g-C3N4 is a well-known semiconductor utilized in heterogenous photocatalysis and water splitting. An improvement light harvesting separation of photogenerated charge carriers may be obtained by polymer doping with sulfur. In this work, we incorporate sulfur into the chain chemical polymerization trithiocyanuric acid (C3N3S3H3) to obtain C3N3S3. The XRD measurements TEM images indicated that C3N3S3, contrast g-C3N4, does not exist form graphitic structure exfoliated thin lamellas....
We report thickness shear mode resonator acoustic wave data for films of regioregular poly(3-hexylthiophene) exposed to acetonitrile solutions LiClO4. Both the current- and wave-responses constant (or slowly swept) potential show different regimes, whose characteristics, which are quite those regiorandom electropolymerized films, can be interpreted in terms crystalline non-crystalline material. Oxidation material, occurs at low potentials, is dominated by anion transfer; as a result...
The electrodeposition and properties of poly(1,8-diaminonaphthalene) films on Au electrodes have been studied using electrochemical quartz crystal microbalance impedance measurements. Redox switching exposed to aqueous 0.1 mol dm–3 HClO4 is accompanied by non-monotonic mass changes: proton, counter-ion solvent transfers occur extents dependent upon the experimental timescale. are also able extract Hg2+ ions from solution, via complexation with amine groups polymer. Coulometric gravimetric...
Abstract A novel concept of tailoring potentiometric responses all‐solid‐state ion‐selective electrodes was introduced. The effect composition and resulting properties the conjugated polymer transducer, placed between electrode support membrane, on analytical characteristic obtained sensors studied.
We report in situ electrochemical atomic force microscopic (EC-AFM) data and spectroelectrochemical results on doping−undoping of the films regioregular poly(3-hexylthiophene) propylene carbonate (PC) aqueous solutions 0.1 M LiClO4. The redox process polymer is accompanied by significant changes thickness. This phenomenon discussed terms swelling structural reconfiguration film, markedly delayed with respect to charge transfer between substrate exchange ions matrix electrolyte solution. A...
