We report a highly efficient and stable electrochemical sensor for quantitative determination of nitrate ions from soil using allylamine capped CuNPs decorated on an exfoliated CNT modified surface that shows excellent storage stability.
ABSTRACT The macromolecular structure of untreated and RF plasma‐treated kapok fiber (KF) was investigated employing small‐angle x‐ray scattering (SAXS) wide‐angle diffraction (WAXD). Subsequently, the structural transition KF correlated with dielectric properties their reinforced epoxy polymer composites. WAXD patterns resemble Iβ cellulose. crystallinity index (CI) crystallite size (CS) values are found to increase from 48.8% 3.0 nm 55.6% 3.6 nm, respectively, after plasma treatment on at...
Abstract Ion beam sputtering (IBS) can induce nanoripple patterns in a short time on variety of materials for wide range applications. In this work, we describe the as well terrace pattern formation by IBS soda-lime glass surfaces and mechanisms leading to such formations. The role ion energy, fluence, incidence angle morphology structural features is systematically explored. For parameter values with energy varying from 600 1500 eV fluence 9.7 × 10 17 2.0 19 ions/cm 2 at fixed 45°,...
Ion beam sputtering, known as potential technique for producing nanoripple on various surfaces having wide range of applications. Along with nanoripple, triangular features are also superimposed, limiting their use some Here we reporting evolution Ge (100) under low energy (300-1000 eV) Xe ion irradiation at room temperature angles incidence (61°-80°) and fluences (5.34 × 1017-8.01 1018ions cm-2). Triangular appear the onset ripple formation disappear when periodicity is lost. These depend...
Abstract This study investigates the formation of facets on Si surface under Xe ion irradiation using an energy 0.5 keV. By examining effects incidence angle (60° –85°), fluence (4.5 × 10 18 to 1.35 19 ions/cm 2 ), and temperature (RT 200 ◦ C), we explore evolution facets. The roughness displays a distinct trend, reaching its peak when is 80°, which indicates faceted structures due sudden change in roughness. Additionally, studies highlight important role enhancing facet arrangement. To...
The adhesion of a 2D material to substrate is facilitated by the van der Waals (vdW) interactions, which significantly influenced roughness and wettability substrate. It challenging achieve good as well conformal mechanically exfoliated materials hydrophobic soft like polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS). In addition, mechanical folding instabilities are inevitably observed in elastic nanosheets over smooth PDMS under higher compressions prestretch-release process. However, manipulation substrate's...
The effect of oxygen plasma processing on the wettability polytetrafluorethylene (PTFE) surfaces has been studied. In this study, radio frequency (RF) power (50–300 W), exposing time (5–30 min), and working pressure 5 <inline-formula xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink"> <tex-math notation="LaTeX">$\times$</tex-math> </inline-formula> 10 notation="LaTeX">$^{-\textrm{2}}$</tex-math> mbar were used to create nanostructures PTFE surfaces. Nanostructure formation at low energy ion beam sputtering on binary surface varying the substrate temperature has been studied. The irradiated with Ar+ 700 eV and a fluence of 1.4×1018 ions.cm-2. Co69Si31 surfaces have shown peculiar nanoscale semi-ellipsoidal structures for different temperatures (100°-400° C) an angle incidence 67°. A periodicity is appeared comparatively higher perpendicular to direction. root mean square (rms) roughness variation summarized. Ion polishing effect thermal...
