A unique quintuple-modality theranostic nanoprobe (QMT) is developed with gold nanostars for surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), computed tomography (CT), two-photon luminescence (TPL) and photothermal therapy (PTT). The synthesized were tagged a SERS reporter linked an MRI contrast agent Gd3+. In vitro experiments demonstrated the QMT to be potential future biomedical applications.

Exosomal miRNAs have vital functions in mediating intercellular communication as well tumor occurrence and development. Thus, our research was aimed at exploring the regulatory mechanisms of exosomal miR-130b-3p/DEP domain containing 1 (DEPDC1)/transforming growth factor-β (TGF-β) signaling pathway non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Here we indicated that miR-130b-3p expression decreased serum NSCLC patients, it significant diagnostic value. Moreover, elevated levels suppressed...

Abstract Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) plays an important role in the modern radiation therapy (RT) workflow. In comparison with computed tomography (CT) imaging, which is dominant modality RT, MRI possesses excellent soft‐tissue contrast for radiographic evaluation. Based on quantitative models, can be used to assess tissue functional and physiological information. With developments of scanner design, acquisition strategy, advanced data analysis, modeling, multiparametric (mpMRI), a...

The fast MRI method of skipped phase encoding and edge deghosting (SPEED) is further developed with array coil enhancement, thus termed SPEED‐ACE. In SPEED‐ACE, space sparsely sampled at every step using a set receiver coils simultaneously, similar to SENSE, leading sensitivity‐weighted images up layers overlapping aliasing ghosts. ghosted are enhanced by differential filter yield maps, in which the ghost greatly reduced since sparseness edges reduces chance overlapping. Typical maps can be...
