This study, part of a multi-study program, aimed to identify core set cost-based quality and performance indicators using modified Delphi research approach. Conceptually, this is intended for use within broader health system framework evaluating home care programming in Canada.
Through a multi-phased mixed-method research program including an international scoping review and modified-Delphi panel with expert policy/academic/operational representatives from across Canada, three health-system, financially focused quality performance home care indicators were identified.
