In this paper we extend the classical susceptible-infected-susceptible epidemic model from a deterministic framework to stochastic one and formulate it as differential equation (SDE) for number of infectious individuals $I(t)$. We then prove that SDE has unique global positive solution $I(t)$ establish conditions extinction persistence discuss perturbation by noise. case show existence stationary distribution derive expressions its mean variance. The results are illustrated computer...

CPA is a class of isothermal amplification reactions that carried out by strand displacement DNA polymerase and does not require an initial denaturation step or the addition nicking enzyme. At assay temperature 63°C, formation primer-template hybrid at transient, spontaneous bubbles in template favored over re-annealing strands high concentration primer relative to DNA. Strand encouraged annealing cross primers with 5′ ends are complementary binding upstream crossing primer. The resulting...

ABSTRACT A virus known as severe fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome (SFTSV) was recently identified the etiological agent of (SFTS) in China. Reliable laboratory detection and identification this are likely to become clinically epidemiologically desirable. We developed a nearly instrument-free, simple molecular method which incorporates reverse transcription–cross-priming amplification (RT-CPA) coupled vertical flow (VF) visualization strip for rapid SFTSV. The RT-CPA-VF assay targets...

In this paper, a Schistosomiasis model with multi-delays is proposed to study the impacts of delays on disease transmission. First, exact expression basic reproduction number [Formula: see text] obtained, which proved be threshold parameter. More precisely, when text], extinct, and persistent. Next, existence Hopf bifurcation discussed as parameters, direction stability induced by are investigated according paradigm theory central prevalence theory. addition, global extensionality local...

Diabetes and obesity are established risk factors for heart failure(HF). Although the TyG (triglyceride-glucose) index serves as a sensitive marker identifying insulin resistance, there is lack of comprehensive evidence regarding whether its integration with indices can enhance predictive capacity HF. This prospective cohort study designed to explore correlation between in conjunction (TyG-body mass index, or TyG-BMI; TyG-waist circumference, TyG-WC; circumference-to-height ratio, TyG-WHtR)...

Succinic acid (SA), one of the 12 top platform chemicals produced from biomass, is a precursor various high value-added derivatives. Specially, 1 mol CO 2 assimilated in SA biosynthetic route under anaerobic conditions, which helps to achieve carbon reduction goals. In this review, methods for enhanced fixation production and utilization waste biomass are reviewed. Bioelectrochemical bioreactor coupling systems constructed with off-gas reutilization capture more efficiently were highlighted....

Abstract Background Continuous surveillance of death can measure health status the population, reflect social development a region, thus promote service in region and improve level local residents. Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture was poverty-stricken Sichuan province, China. While at end 2020, as announcement its last seven former severely impoverished counties had shaken off poverty, declared victory against poverty. Since it is well known that mortality cause structure will undergo some...

Premature death is a global health indicator, significantly impacted by obesity, especially in young and middle-aged population. Both body mass index (BMI) waist circumference (WC) assess with WC specifically indicating central obesity showing stronger relationship mortality. However, despite known associations between BMI premature death, as well the well-recognized correlation adverse outcomes, specific remains unclear. Therefore, focusing on individuals, this study aimed to reliably...

We consider the dynamic behaviors of a mathematical chemostat model with state dependent impulsive perturbations. By using Poincaré map and analogue Poincaré's criterion, some conditions for existence stability positive periodic solution are obtained. Moreover, we show that there is no order larger than or equal to three. Numerical simulation carried out illustrate feasibility our main results, thus implying presence pulses makes behavior more complex.

Backgrounds: Both hepatitis B virus X protein (HBx) and microRNA-221 (miR-221) have been implicated in the development of (HBV)-related hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). The present study demonstrates that HBx promotes HCC cell proliferation via C-X-C motif chemokine ligand 12-C-X-C receptor type 4 (CXCL12-CXCR4) axis. We predict HBx/miR-221-mediated CXCL12/CXCR4 signaling induces NKT cells to promote HBV-related HCC. Methods: After miR-221 mimic, mimic negative control,...
