This paper presents a self-adaptive incremental-resistance maximum-power-point-tracking (INR-MPPT) method to achieve maximum power extraction from recycle-mode (R-mode) operating reverse-electrodialysis (RED) stack. We consider the uplink of a single-cell multiuser MIMO-OFDM system with MRC receiver and large antenna arrays at base station. Assuming that channels are perfectly estimated by pilots, we analyze spectral efficiency, taking pilot overhead into consideration. The closed-form expression for efficiency is derived optimal number users in such discussed. Our studies also show per performance gain decreases as total increases. Numerical results presented to verify our analysis.
