Objetivo: Analizar el seguimiento a largo plazo en pacientes intervenidos de cirugía bariátrica.Material y Métodos: Estudio retrospectivo transversal sobre una muestra 111 bariátrica entre los años 2013 2016.Se hace valoración del realizado servicios general endocrinología durante 6 posteriores la cirugía.Resultados: Durante primer año tras 90% acudieron revisión; segundo sólo 73% mantuvo para descender hasta un 58% tercer año, 42% cuarto 41% quinto año.Al sexto
