Pulmonary angiosarcomas are usually secondary tumors, and only a few primary cases have been reported. We report unique case of epithelioid angiosarcoma presenting as solitary mass in the right upper lobe with pulmonary hemorrhage. Because its histology, this tumor may resemble carcinoma or variety vascular lesions endothelial cells. Therefore, diagnosis should be based on immunohistochemical staining.
