본 연구에서는 중국유학생이 인식하는 서비스 품질이 고객가치 및 고객만족에 미치는 영향을 파악하고, 품질과 고객만족 관계에서 매개역할을 수행하는지에 대해 실증적으로 분석하고자 하였다. 대전지역 중국유학생을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 회수된 설문지 중 불완전하게 응답된 설문지를 제외한 196부를 실무분석에 이용하였다. 조사 대상자는 남자가 51.5%이고, 한국에서의 거주 기간은 6개월 미만이 26.0%, 이상 12개월 37.8%였다. 급식의 이용 빈도는 하루에 두 끼를 이용하는 학생이 51.5%로 가장 많았고 급식소를 이유는 '의무식 규정'이 37.8%로 많았다. 급식을 이용하지 않는 '맛이 없어서'가 33.2%, '제한적 메뉴 선택'이 27.6%를 차지하였다. 대학급식소의 품질은 정(+)의 주는 것으로 조사되었다. 품질 속성인 '음식', '서비스', '위생', '편의성' 순으로 인식이 높을수록 더욱 높은 영향력을 나타났다. 고객가치에도 '편의성', '위생' 대학급식소에...

본 연구는 한식 상품화를 위한 내・외국인들의 식생활라이프 스타일을 기초로 시장을 세분화하고, 세분시장의 특성과 즉석편의식품 개발 대상을 규명하였다. 2009년 6월부터 9월에 걸쳐 국내외 거주 또는 방문 내국인과 외국인을 대상으로 편의표본추출 방식으로 설문지를 이용하여 자료를 수집하였고, 총 478명(한국인 266명, 외국인 212명) 분석하였다. 식생활라이프스타일 17개 항목은 요인분석에 의해 맛추구, 건강추구, 편의추구, 경제추구의 4요인으로 분류한 후 조사대상자의 유형을 군집 내국인의 세분시장은 건강추구형, 무관심형, 합리추구형, 가격민감형으로 분류되었고, 외국인은 맛추구형, 편의추구형으로 세분화되었다. 각 세분시장별로 인구통계학적 변수는 서로 차이가 있었고 인지도와 기호도에 있었다. 외국인의 상품화 시 구매하고자 하는 제품을 평가한 결과 내국인 중 가격민감형은 비빔밥을, 맛추구형은 불고기를, 합리추구형과 무관심형은 비빔밥을 상품화가 필요한 제품이라고 응답하였다....
