Copper oxide nanoparticles (CuO-NPs) were synthesized at room temperature via a green method that is easy, efficient, eco-friendly, and low-cost. The aqueous extract of Bougainvillea leaves was used as reducing capping agent. Pure polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) CuO-PVA nano-composite thin films 13wt%, 30wt%, 40wt%, 51wt% prepared by the solution casting method. optical electrical properties CuO-NPs, pure PVA, analyzed using UV–visible spectrophotometer Keithley electrometer. band-gap energy (Eg)...

Soil samples were collected from the Al-Lajjun area near dam and analyzed for activity concentrations of primordial radionuclides using gamma-ray spectrometry. A low background configuration pure germanium (HPGe) detector was used this purpose. The mean 40K, 226Ra (238U), 232Th, 238U, 235U at location Dam Al-Karak Governorate in central Jordan found to be range 12-560, 234-6037, 4.3-28.4, 459-54147, 43102- 3656 Bq/Kg, respectively. Some obtained values much higher than world average values,...

The aim of present study is based on low cost, efficient, non-toxic and eco-friendly method for green synthesis copper oxide nanoparticles (CuONPs) using Bougainvillea leaves aqueous extract. synthesized were subjected to characterization techniques UV–visible spectroscopy (UV–vis), X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform Infrared (FT-IR) transmission electron microscope (TEM). CuONPs pure, predominantly spherical with sizes ranges from 8-20 nm. showed excellent antimicrobial activity...

The second overtone band of H2–H2 spectra at 77 K were recorded for gas densities between 350 and 1000 amg (1 = 44.614 981 mol/m3) with a 2 m stainless steel high-pressure transmission-type absorption cell. profile analyses these carried out using the Birnbaum–Cohen line shape function quadrupolar transitions Levine–Birnbaum overlap transitions. observed modeled synthetic profiles which are composed superposition an overlap-induced quadrupolar-induced profile. fitting parameters determined...

In spite of the large number reports on physical properties LiKSO4, its low-temperature phase diagram is still not well defined. One possible reason for this lack reliable data below 100 K might be that LiKSO4 crystals often break into many pieces when cooled 80 under atmospheric pressure. We have found it to thermally cycle crystals, particularly at temperatures K, as long a minimum pressure about 0.5 kbar maintained. Thus, we successfully measured temperature dependence sound velocity...

The enhancement spectra of the collision-induced absorption D2 in its fundamental band region 2600–4000 cm−1 binary mixtures D2–He, D2–Ar and D2–Kr are investigated at 298 K. coefficients determined from measured integrated compared with previous results. An analysis experimental is carried out by assuming appropriate line-shape functions for overlap quadrupole transitions.

Enhancement spectra of the collision-induced absorption (CIA) H2 in region 5600–9500 cm−1 binary H2–N2 mixtures were investigated at room temperature for base densities range 89–145 amagat and partial N2 30–350 amagat. profiles consist superposition two main parts, first part is formed quadrupolar double transitions type X1(J) + 5600–8500 second single X2(J) X0(J) from 7500 to 9500 cm−1, where X an O(ΔJ = −2), Q(ΔJ 0) or S(ΔJ +2) transition. The Birnbaum–Cohen lineshape function was found...
