The present work reports the results obtained on evaluation of both response commercially available Cu–Fe–Co pre-alloyed powders during processing for consolidation diamond tools under several fabrication routes, and performance in field cutting operations. new metallic binders look attractive since they combine good sinterability with adequate values hardness wear resistance, as observed from tests carried out granite marble. routes research were conventional hot pressing, pressureless...

Gingival hyperplasia is a known complication of cyclosporin therapy. Although plaque control has been shown to be benefit, gingival surgery occasionally necessary. The aim this study was review the effect short-course therapy with azithromycin in renal transplant patients cyclosporin-induced hyperplasia.Thirty-eight received 500 mg/day for 3 consecutive days. degree classified as: 0, no overgrowth; 1, mild 2, moderate overgrowth, and 3, severe overgrowth. bleeding evolution were determined...

This work investigates the effect of Cr addition into FeCoNi binder phase cemented carbides (WC-FeCoNi) using experimental and computational techniques. Liquid formation temperatures C contents WC-Fe-Ni-Co-Cr alloys were used as results. Based on this, a thermodynamic modelling was conducted W-C-Fe-Ni-Co-Cr system CALPHAD (CALculation PHAse Diagrams) approach. Taking account theoretical results, it shown that error in solidus liquidus lower database generated this comparison to commercial...

Shrinkage, liquid formation and mass losses of WC-19 vol% FeNiCoCr alloys during sintering have been investigated in compositions either with coarse or submicron WC powders. Mass detected by thermogravimetry are compatible carbothermal reduction the different oxides present powder mixtures. Hardness fracture toughness materials based on powders within tolerances those reported for WC-Co similar microstructures. However, strength is approx. 25% lower.
