Bedside monitoring plays an important role in the treatment of lung cancer. As a mostly used technique, X-ray computed tomography cannot provide medical surveillance for patients suffering from cancer real-time. In comparison, technique electrical impedance (EIT) has potential to solve issue by visualizing human respiratory system; however, most cases, its spatial resolution is too low locate real pulmonary lesions. One feasible method improve image quality incorporate <italic...

As an advanced measurement technique of non-radiant, non-intrusive, rapid response, and low cost, the electrical tomography (ET) has developed rapidly in recent decades. The ET imaging algorithm plays important role process. Linear back projection (LBP) is most used due to its advantages dynamic process, real-time easy realization. But LBP spatial resolution natural 'soft field' effect 'ill-posed solution' problems; thus applicable ranges are greatly limited. In this paper, original data...

Abstract In air/oil lubrication systems, the flow parameters, e.g., pattern, liquid film thickness, and rate, are of great importance to transportation efficiency. most cases, on-going two-phase is annular with oil moving along tube wall air travelling at high speed in center. This usually results formation a thin film, thickness which key parameter determining efficiency system. As varies dynamically, there actually no applicable method for non-intrusive test. this paper, use electrical...

Adhesion energies of Cu-low k dielectric interfaces, measured with the technique four-point bending, show a correlation to chemical mechanical polish results. A limit 5 J/m/sup 2/ is established, below which thin film delamination and cracking are observed. In general, spin-on polymer dielectrics exhibit better adhesion barrier films than carbon-doped oxide dielectrics. PVD barriers low CVD barriers. Surface treatments before deposition found strongly modulate adhesion.

The elastic modulus and hardness of low k dielectric films rapidly decrease as porosity increases. By contrast, interfacial adhesion is relatively insensitive to porosity. Adhesion energy values measured by the four-point bend method are similar for porous non-porous films. Additionally, much stronger polymer than organosiloxane films, regardless E-beam treatments significantly improve sacrificing only a slight increase in constant. Solid-state NMR pore size measurements indicate that...

Electrical impedance tomography (EIT) aims to estimate the electrical properties at interior of an object from current-voltage measurements on its boundary. It has been widely investigated due advantages low cost, non-radiation, non-invasiveness, and high speed. Image reconstruction EIT is a nonlinear ill-posed inverse problem. Therefore, regularization techniques like Tikhonov are used solve A sparse based L1 norm exhibits superiority in preserving boundary information sharp changes or...
