K2Ca2(SO4)3 nanophosphors co-doped with Eu and Ce were synthesized by the chemical co-precipitation method. These samples further annealed at 700 °C structural reformation. The morphological characteristics studied using XRD TEM techniques. particle size calculated from spectra was around 35 nm. as sample shows cubic structure °C. of K2Ca2(SO4)3: EuCe irradiated Co60 gamma rays for doses 2Gy to 1kGy. TL characteristic dosimetric application radiation. spectrum has single peaked 160 doped a...

Nanorods of CaSO4: Dy having diameter 20 nm and length 200 have been synthesized by the chemical coprecipitation method. These samples were irradiated with gamma radiation for dose varying from 0.1 Gy to 50 kGy their TL characteristics studied. response shows a linear behavior up 5 further saturates increase in dose. A Computerized Glow Curve Deconvolution (CGCD) program was used analysis glow curves. Trapping parameters various peaks calculated using CGCD program.

Microcrystalline K2Ca2(SO4)3:Eu sample was prepared by the solid-state diffusion method using precursors K2SO4 and CaSO4 in molar ratio 1:2. The required quantity of impurity (0.1 mol %) doped form EuCl2. synthesized crushed sieved to get samples particle size range 100–200 µm. powder then annealed at 700 °C for 2 h. were made pellets. These pellets irradiated with 6 MeV electrons different fluences, varying from 2.5×1011 5×1013e/cm2. characterized XRD technique Thermoluminescence (TL)...
