Coherent x-rays from synchrotron sources are increasingly used in non-conventional radiological techniques ('phase-contrast' radiology). 본 연구는 K대학 건강관리 프로그램에 자발적으로 참여한 70대 이상 노인 여성 30명을 대상으로 1RM의 60∼70%의 저항성운동을 중심으로 레그링크와 스쿼트동작이 포함된 상·하지 복합운동프로그램을 12주간 수행 한 후 보행능력관련 요인과 건강관련 체력요인 및 대사성질환 지표 변화를 고령자의 운동개선 효과를 분석하여 운동처방의 중요한 고려사항을 제시하고자 하였다. 운동 프로그램 체지방율(p0.05), 근육량(p0.05)의 유의한 나타냈으며, 체력은 윗몸일으키기와 앉아윗몸앞으로굽히기의 유의한(p0.05) 증가를 나타냈다. 인지기능과 변인도 혈중 지질 변인의 경우 TC, HDL-C, TG 등이 유의하게(p0.05) 감소한 것으로 나타났다. 변화양상은 서로 상관을 이상의 결과를 종합해 볼 때 12주간의 복합운동프로그램은 노인여성의 체력과 변인과 신체구성 등에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 생각된다.
