Abstract Large single crystals serve as an ideal platform for investigating intrinsic material properties and optoelectronic applications. Here we develop a method, namely, room-temperature liquid diffused separation induced crystallization that uses silicone oil to separate the solvent from perovskite precursors, grow high-quality crystals. The growth kinetics of using this method is elucidated, their structural are carefully characterized. resultant crystals, taking CH 3 NH PbBr example,...

Magnetic skyrmions as swirling spin textures with a nontrivial topology have potential applications magnetic memory and storage devices. Since the initial discovery of in non-centrosymmetric B20 materials, recent effort has focused on exploring room-temperature heavy metal ferromagnetic heterostructures, material platform compatible existing spintronic manufacturing technology. Here, we report surprising observation that skyrmion phase can be stabilized an entirely different class systems...

As power communication network is more and important in smart grid, to decrease the failure risk of system caused by interruption service, this paper propose a novel routing optimization method based on predication for services. Firstly, we analyze probability link node which induced external factors, like winds snows, equipment failures, etc. Then importance services, links nodes, calculate node. Further, three service indicators corresponding improved Dijkstra algorithms optimize routing,...

Abstract P ‐type semiconductor cuprous oxide (Cu 2 O) offers promising optoelectronic applications such as solar cells and photodetectors owing to its considerable absorption coefficients high carrier mobility. However, polycrystalline Cu O films with low mobility resulting from excessive grain boundaries structure disorder fail meet the demands for these applications. Here a stress‐assisted thermal oxidation method fabricate p <110>‐textured quasi‐single crystalline (c‐Cu wafers...

Traffic signal control systems often operate with a fixed time strategy when practical conditions prohibit adaptive traffic built upon real‐time data. One of the most important challenges to have good performance for is optimally identify breakpoints that divide one day into different partitions, which time‐of‐day (TOD) optimisation problem. Various solutions this problem been proposed based on classic clustering methods. However, these methods require empirical adjustment since they are not...

Software-defined networking (SDN) develops a logically centralized control plane from the data plane, which makes network management more intelligent. As becomes larger, with one controller can no longer manage efficiently. Therefore, multiple controllers are needed to network. However, survivability has been key challenge in multi-controller SDN, is sensitive failures. Once breaks down, switches will lose connections controller. This leads severe consequences. In this regard, we propose an...

A 3D city model is an intuitive tool that used to describe cities. Currently, level-of-detail (LOD) technology meet different visual demands for models by weighting the rendering efficiency against details of model. However, when change, “popping” phenomenon appears making transformations between LOD models. We optimized this popping improving data structure focuses on building and combined it with facet shift algorithm based minimal features. Unlike generating finite in advance, proposed...

It's a challenge to effectively assess Quality of Experience (QoE) for TCP video streaming with network performance parameters, resolve this problem, an objective hierarchical Evaluation Transmission Control Protocol (TCP) is proposed under playback scenarios. QoE assessment resolved into two sub-steps. In the first place, in consideration parameters affecting QoE, authors demonstrate three novel application-layer metrics. Further, impact status on investigated and propose high level...
