Abstract Waterborne polyurethane (WDPU) comprising polycaprolactone diol and hexamethylene diisocyanate was prepared by using tartaric acid (TA) as an ionomer. WDPU further modified with polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA). Hybrid WDPU-PMMA coatings were formed unsaturate end capping agents such 2-hydroxyethylmethacrylate. blend chain extenders ethylene glycol, diamine mixed PMMA. Thermal behavior structural characterizations investigated means of thermogravimetric analysis Fourier transformm...

A combination of chemotherapy with hyperthermia can produce remarkable success in treating advanced cancers. For this purpose, magnetite (Fe3O4)-doped mesoporous bioactive glass nanoparticles (Fe3O4-MBG NPs) were synthesized by the sol-gel method. Fe3O4-MBG NPs found to possess spherical morphology a size approximately 50 ± 10 nm and uniform pore 9 nm. The surface area (309 m2 g-1) was sufficient for high drug loading capacity mitomycin C (Mc), an anticancer drug, entrapped NPs. variable...

In this work, an anode material with improved thermal stability, charge capacity, capacity retention, energy density, cyclic performance, operation safety, reversible and rate capability was synthesized for battery applications. The graphene-magnetite-polyaniline (Gr-Fe3O4-PANI) nanocomposites (NCs) are believed to deliver outstanding performance owing the collective effect of layered graphene (Gr) magnetite (Fe3O4) hollow rods (HRs), as well better conductivity polyaniline (PANI)....

ABSTRACT To reduce cost and increase environmental friendliness, waterborne polyurethane (WPU) is a tempting choice in the field of green chemistry. Biodegradable WPU was synthesized using lysine as an internal emulsifier. further modified methylate methacrylate (MMA) acrylic monomer. Unsaturated pre‐PU by unsaturated end‐capping agent 2‐hydroxyethyl extended MMA to form acrylate WPU. A permanent covalent linkage established between PMMA confirmed FTIR spectroscopy. The focus this research...
