We fabricated AlGaAs/GaAs heterostructure-based quantum Hall devices for the resistance standard at Center Measurement Standards (CMS). The measurements using a Direct Current Comparator (DCC) show consistency between plateaus of v=2 and 4 temperature T=2 K, where v is filling factor. On other hand, higher factors may be susceptible to reduced localization strength, under which semiclassical effects can important. coexistence localization-induced gaps transport discussed.
