Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), a ω-3 polyunsaturated fatty found in fish oil, is multi-target agent and exerts anti-inflammatory anticancer activities alone or combination with chemotherapies.Combinatorial therapies, which induce immunogenic apoptosis, autophagy STAT3 inhibition have been proposed for longterm therapeutic success. Here, we that DHA promoted apoptosis multiple myeloma (MM) cells, no toxicity on PBMCs DCs.Immunogenic was shown by the emission of specific DAMPs (CRT, HSP90, HMGB1)...

Treatment of olive vegetation waste with tyrosinase immobilized on multiwalled carbon nanotubes increased the antioxidant activity as a consequence conversion phenols to corresponding catechol derivatives, evaluated by DPPH, Comet assay, and micronucleus analyses. During this transformation, 4-hydroxyphenethyl alcohol (tyrosol) was quantitatively converted bioactive 3,4-dihydroxyphenethyl (hydroxytyrosol). The hydroxytyrosol-enriched also promoted autophagy inhibited inflammatory response in...

Hydroalcoholic extracts obtained from buds of P. nigra, deltoides and trichocarpa were characterized by HPLC-DAD-MS analysis subsequently evaluated in vitro for their antioxidant anti-inflammatory activities. ABTS DPPH assays evidenced that nigra showed the best activity line with its highest total phenolic content. The clearly demonstrated all suppressed production key pro-inflammatory cytokines (IL-6, Il-1β TNF-α) HMGB1 inflammatory danger signal. These results show critical activities...
