Advances in high-throughput sequencing have facilitated remarkable insights into the diversity and functioning of naturally occurring microbes; however, current strategies are insufficient to reveal physiological states microbial communities associated with protein translation dynamics. Transfer RNAs (tRNAs) core components synthesis machinery, present all living cells, phylogenetically tractable, which make them ideal targets gain environmental microbes. Here we report a direct approach,...

Quantum dot-doped glasses have been the hotspot for their excellent electronic and optical properties. Owing to its tunable broadband near-infrared (NIR) emission by controlling size distribution of QDs, QD-doped fibers are potentially applied in photoelectric devices. In this review, we mainly introduce preparation, emission, multi-wavelength amplification glasses. Due performances, fabrication glass is also presented, containing successful with NIR emission. Furthermore, achievements...

Recently, Dirac material BeN4has been synthesized by using laser-heated diamond anvil-groove technology (Bykovet al2021Phys. Rev. Lett.126175501). BeN4layer, i.e. beryllonitrene, represents a qualitatively class of two-dimensional (2D) materials that can be built metal atom and polymeric nitrogen chains, hosts anisotropic fermions. Enlighten this discovered material, we study the electronic structure, transport properties gas sensitivity 2D BeN4using density functional theory combined with...

PbS quantum dot (QD)-doped glass was prepared by the heat treatment of as-prepared glass, which confirmed transmission electron microscope (TEM), absorption and photoluminescence (PL) spectra. Choosing at 600°C for 24h as a representative sample, steady-state transient-state PL, lifetime time-resolve emission spectra (TRES) QD-doped were studied in detail. The results indicated that showed similar variation tendency with PL steady-state, TRES first revealed energy transfer process from...

Colloidal quantum dots (CQDs) as photodetector materials have attracted much attention in recent years due to their tunable energy bands, low cost, and solution processability. However, intrinsically carrier mobility three-dimensional (3D) confinement of charges are unsuitable for use fast-response highly sensitive photodetectors, hence greatly restricting application many fields. Currently, 3D topological insulators, such bismuth telluride (Bi2Te3), been employed high-speed broadband...

Abstract BACKGROUND Manganese‐based catalysts were considered the most promising for low‐temperature selective catalytic reduction (NH 3 ‐SCR) reactions. In this work, a series of Mn Fe 2 Nb y O x synthesized by co‐precipitation method NH ‐SCR and SO tolerance tests. RESULTS The characterized BET, SEM, XRD, XPS, H ‐TPR, ‐TPD. 0.01 exhibited exceptionally high activity with conversion almost 100% from 80°C to 240°C, NO more than 75% at 40°C, while 140°C in presence 100 ppm remained above 90%...

The gene SA239 from Staphylococcus aureus encodes a ribokinase that catalyzes the phosphorylation of D-ribose to produce ribose-5-phosphate. Sa239 was crystallized using hanging-drop vapour-diffusion method. crystals diffracted 2.9 A resolution and belonged space group P6(1)22 or P6(5)22, with unit-cell parameters = b 91.8, c 160.7 A. Preliminary crystallographic analysis revealed Matthews coefficient V(M) 3.01 A(3) Da(-1), indicating presence one molecule in asymmetric unit.

This paper studies the electromechanical characteristics of synchronous generators under dynamic stator interturn short circuit (DSISC). First, air gap magnetic flux density (MFD) generator normal and DSISC fault was obtained. Then, expression for phase current electromagnetic torque (EMT) were After this, EMT analyzed by finite element analysis (FEA). Finally, measured CS-5 different conditions in accordance with theory simulation. It shown that occurrence, deterioration, DSISC, amplitude...
