Abstract In this study, a reversible pressure‐sensing material with high sensitivity is presented. Mixed β‐diketonate complexes of Tb 3+ and Eu [(Ln)(acac) 3 phen] are synthesized phenanthroline as an ancillary ligand. The organic ligands provide the antenna effect to make Ln complex excitable at 405 nm. emission results from efficient energy transfer (ET) . Under nm excitation, intensity decreases whereas increases pressure, making potential pressure sensor based on...

The preparation of ordered mesoporous boron nitride (BN) by using trimethylaminoborazine as a BN source and carbon CMK-3 template is reported. X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, pore size analysis show that the structure synthesized molecular sieves consists two-dimensional regular array uniform mesopores approximately 4.4 nm in diameter (see Figure).

Photochromic silver-containing mesoporous titania thin films are used as writable or rewritable data carriers. Continuous wave UV and visible laser radiations, respectively, can either repeatedly print completely erase micropatterns on their surface engrave permanent micropatterns, depending the intensity.

The synthesis of mesoporous boron nitride, using an aminoborazine as the nitride source, with silica (SBA-15) or carbon (CMK-3) template is compared. Tri(methylamino)borazine (MAB) converted to BN inside mesopores molecular sieves through a mild thermal process. Boron obtained after removal hard ammonia treatment (carbon template) HF (silica template). X-Ray diffraction, TEM and pore size analysis show that structure synthesized from consisted 2D regular array uniform 3.4 nm in diameter....

Elaboration of mesoporous titanium oxide film supporting silver nanoparticles is described. Mesoporous films are characterized by TEM analysis. Titania infiltrated with a salt solution and chemical reduction treatments performed using either NaBH4 or formaldehyde solution. Infiltrated then TEM, SEM, AFM, UV−visible spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, Rutherford Backscattering Spectrometry (RBS). The utilization titania substrate allows to control the nanoparticle size interparticle distance....

Silver nanoparticles and silver nanowires have been grown inside mesostructured silica films obtained from block copolymers using two successive reduction steps: the first one involves a sodium borohydride or photoreduction of nitrate contained in film, second consists deposit on primary nanoparticles, carried out by ion solution with hydroxylamine chloride. We demonstrated that F127 copolymer ((PEO)(106)(PPO)(70)(PEO)(106)), "F type", film is suitable "soft" template for fabrication...
