Drug rash with eosinophilia and systemic symptoms (DRESS) syndrome is a severe adverse drug-induced hypersensitivity reaction. We report case of DRESS in 17-year-old female caused by itraconazole, confirmed patch testing, that required treatment both corticotherapy cyclosporine.
