Drug rash with eosinophilia and systemic symptoms (DRESS) syndrome is a severe adverse drug-induced hypersensitivity reaction. We report case of DRESS in 17-year-old female caused by itraconazole, confirmed patch testing, that required treatment both corticotherapy cyclosporine. Background We report the case of a 17year-old male that suffered from systemic anaphylactic episode during exercise fifty minutes after ingestion mushrooms cooked with wine in restaurant. This anaphylaxis occurred at age 16 when patient was playing handball indoors high level humidity. The stopped ingestion.
