Treatment options are limited for patients with high-risk non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer (NMIBC) disease recurrence after bacillus Calmette-Guérin (BCG) treatment and who ineligible for/refuse radical cystectomy. FGFR alterations commonly detected in NMIBC. We evaluated the activity of oral erdafitinib, a selective pan-fibroblast growth factor receptor (FGFR) tyrosine kinase inhibitor, versus intravesical chemotherapy NMIBC select FGFR3/2 following BCG treatment.

Friction Stir Welding (FSW) is a novel solid-state joining process known for its environmentally friendly characteristics, making it prime example of "green welding." This research explores the experimental investigation and simulation heat distribution in FSW AA 6082-T6. An unambiguous non-linear finite element model was developed using ABAQUS software to predict effects varying welding tool's rotational speed on temperature variations resulting stresses during plunging, dwelling, traverse...

Varicocele is among the most frequently encountered, surgically correctable causes of male infertility. Since varicocele a primary abnormality testicular vessels, thorough understanding haemodynamic changes in microcirculation testis needed. To estimate and correlate them with symptomatic semen parameters before after varicocelectomy. This prospective, observational study includes 47 patients age group 18-40 years who underwent microsurgical varicocelectomy during June 2016 to April 2018 at...

Background and Aim: Chronic Kidney disease is a common condition seen in Juvenile diabetes with 90% of renal impairment patients displaying wide spectrum oral manifestations the hard soft tissues including changes salivary composition flow rate. There an increase serum cystatin-C, urea creatinine levels these patients, which reflected saliva. This study was conducted to assess urea, as well – Decayed, Missing Filled Teeth Index (DMFT) gingival indices pediatric suffering from chronic...
