Variational quantum algorithm (VQA), which is comprised of a classical optimizer and parameterized circuit, emerges as one the most promising approaches for harvesting power computers in noisy intermediate scale (NISQ) era. However, deployment VQAs on contemporary NISQ devices often faces considerable system time-dependant noise prohibitively slow training speeds. On other hand, expensive supporting resources infrastructure make extremely keen high utilization.

We have completed a phase 1 SBIR project to develop technology for direct phase-noise measurements. This new approach measurements uses fast analog-to-digital converters digitize the input RF signal and performs all down-conversion detection functions by digital processing. It has several significant advantages over analog measurement techniques: there is no external phase-lock loop; oscillators can be compared at different frequencies; amplitude noise may measured simultaneously; spectrum...

Recent advancements have highlighted the limitations of current quantum systems, particularly restricted number qubits available on near-term devices. This constraint greatly inhibits range applications that can leverage computers. Moreover, as increase, computational complexity grows exponentially, posing additional challenges. Consequently, there is an urgent need to use efficiently and mitigate both present future complexities. To address this, existing attempt integrate classical systems...

Abstract : A very high stability microwave oscillator system was developed which has a Q superconducting cavity as its frequency determining element. In stabilized (SCSO), the rf power is generated by Gunn-Effect whose electronically tuned varactor diode. An intermediate discriminator used to produce feedback voltage maintains at center of resonance. improved stabilization now reported higher short term stability.

Many proposals to scale quantum technology rely on modular or distributed designs wherein individual processors, called nodes, are linked together form one large multinode computer (MNQC). One scalable method construct an MNQC is using superconducting systems with optical interconnects. However, internode gates in these may be two three orders of magnitude noisier and slower than local operations. Surmounting the limitations will require improvements entanglement generation, use...
