Raman spectroscopy enables fast, label-free, qualitative, and quantitative observation of the physical chemical properties various substances. Here, we present a 785 nm custom-built instrument designed for sensing applications in 400–1700 cm−1 spectral range. We demonstrate performance by fingerprinting 14 pesticide reference samples with over twenty technical repeats per sample. molecular fingerprints pesticides comprehensively distinguish similarities differences among them using...
Abstract Metallic nanoparticle (NP)‐decorated electrospun micro/nanofibers as an ideal photocatalytic system for the degradation of organic dyes may provide unique advantages in terms 3D morphology with high surface area, well‐controlled porosity, low cost, good interconnectivity, and excellent flexibility. However, novel, flexible, low‐cost, efficient fabrication methods are still demanded to obtain activity. In this report, first time, we propose gold NP (AuNP)‐decorated...
This study introduces a novel investigation of the interaction between Komagataella phaffii cells and iron oxide-based magnetic nanoparticles (Fe3O4 MNPs) via protein secretion machine learning (ML)-assisted surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS). For first time, we produced Fe3O4, Fe3O4@PEG, Fe3O4@PEI10kDa, Fe3O4@PEI25kDa MNPs by one-pot coprecipitation reaction. The addition polymers to reaction conditions significantly affected shape, surface charge, size, size distribution MNPs....
