The immunochemical analysis of Daudi Ia molecules by a variety alloantisera led to the recognition at least three molecular species carrying different antigenic determinants: DRw6, DC-1, and DC-2. Genetic as well structural evidence indicates that DRw6 DC-1 are controlled separate, HLA-linked loci, rather than alleles same locus. alloantigenic determinants appear be expressed on small subunit. DC-2 discussed had not been defined serological population level, but were demonstrated present level.

11,000-Dalton common portion fragments derived from HL-A antigen molecules were isolated and found to have a significantly high homology β 2 -microglobulin in amino-acid composition. Common are also very similar with respect molecular size, charge, distribution tissues. Moreover, both the spent culture media of human cell lines plasma urine. Thus it appears that may well be same substance as fragment molecules.

A novel supramolecular nanoarchitecture, comprising C(60)/Co porphyrin nanosheets, was prepared by a simple liquid-liquid interfacial precipitation method and fully characterized means of optical microscopy, AFM, STEM, TEM, XRD. It is established that the highly crystalline nanosheets have (1:1) stoichiometry, when incorporated in bottom-gate, bottom-contact field-effect transistors (FETs), they show ambipolar charge transport characteristics.

Epitaxial growth of thiophene/phenylene co-oligomers(e.g., see Figure) on uniaxially oriented poly(p-phenylene) (PPP) is reported. The emission properties these co-oligomer thin films are investigated and compared to those grown quartz. We demonstrated the polymer field-effect transistors (FETs) utilizing regioregular poly(3-alkylthiophene)s (P3AT) films prepared by a drawing method. The P3AT film exhibited large optical dichroic ratio, which originated in backbones aligned to direction. In-plane anisotropy and enhancement of FET characteristics have been observed that are caused molecular alignment. In case poly(3-dodecylthiophene), hole mobility along direction was enhanced factor 25 compared with spin-coated film.
