Photoaging is not only the main cause of skin aging caused by exogenous factors, it also related to a variety diseases and even malignant tumors. Excessive repeated exposure ultraviolet radiation, especially UVA induces oxidative stress, DNA damage, inflammation, collagen elastin degeneration, ultimately leads photoaging, manifested redness, coarse wrinkles, pigmentation cancer. There has been large demand effective prevention medications but approaches in current management photoaging are...

Transfer RNA-derived small RNAs (tsRNAs) refer to a newly established family of non-coding that regulate diverse set biological processes. However, the function tsRNAs in skin photoaging remains unclear. This research aims investigate potential correlation between and photoaging. Human dermal fibroblasts (HDFs) were irradiated with UVA at 10 J/cm

Abstract Background Skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM) is one of the most aggressive cancers with high mortality rates. Cancer‐associated fibroblasts (CAFs) play essential roles in tumor growth, metastasis and establishment a pro‐tumor microenvironment. This study aimed to establish CAF‐related signature for providing new perspective indicating prognosis guiding therapeutic regimens SKCM patients. Methods In this study, genes were screened out based on melanoma‐associated fibroblast markers...

Merkel cell carcinoma (MCC) is a rare cutaneous growth with aggressive nature. It mostly affects on the head and neck of white men aged 65 years old immunosuppressed patients. Limited cases were reported in Asian Loco-regional metastases regional lymph nodes involvement common. The treatment methods include complete surgical excision radiotherapy. Topical imiquimod biologics are promising therapies. Here, we present case MCC occurring 76-year-old Chinese woman.
