ABSTRACT This article, describe the synthesis of 4‐ethynylaniline derived 1,2,3‐bis‐triazole ( 3 ) via Cu(I) catalyzed click reaction and various spectroscopic methods such as FT‐IR, TGA, 1 H 13 C NMR, mass spectrometry are used for characterization. The probe exhibits high sensitivity selectivity to Sn (II) in UV–visible spectroscopy, with a limit detection 27 μM association constant 8.32 MM −1 , respectively. synthetic sensor practical application was further explored by detecting real...

ABSTRACT Iron deficiency (ID) is a top five leading cause of disability‐adjusted life‐years in women reproductive age around the world. Despite its enormous health burden, no screening guidelines exist for detection and treatment ID age. We sought to determine cost‐effectiveness versus United States. A lifetime simulation was conducted using Markov cohort model under three strategies: (1) screening, (2) at ferritin threshold 15 μg/L, (3) 25 from US system perspective, willingness‐to‐pay $100...

Prophylaxis goals for patients with severe hemophilia A encompass advancement toward the hemophilia-free mind (freedom from bleeding, pain, arthropathy, and treatment burden). Efanesoctocog alfa, first ultra-long half-life factor VIII agent that enables once-weekly prophylaxis, shows a 77% improvement in annualized bleeding rate compared standard-care prophylaxis. To evaluate conventional distributional cost-effectiveness of prophylaxis efanesoctocog alfa versus (standard extended half-life)...

Abstract Background Bariatric surgery can alleviate cardiovascular risk via effects on disease (CVD) factors such as diabetes mellitus, hypertension, and dyslipidemia. Our study aimed to assess the cholesterol efflux capacity (CEC) of HDL a negative factor for CVD in individuals with obesity identify associated improvement CEC 3 months following bariatric surgery. Methods We recruited 40 control (mean BMI 22.2 kg/m 2 ) 56 obese 45.9 ). The biochemical parameters, inflammatory status was...

Case fatality rate (CFR) and doubling time are important characteristics of any epidemic. For coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), wide variations in the CFR have been noted among various countries. Early epidemic, calculations involving all patients as denominator do not account for hospitalised who ill will die future. Hence, we calculated cumulative (cCFR) using only whose final clinical outcomes were known at a certain point. We also estimated daily average time. Calculating this method...

In this paper, linear and non-linear stiff systems of ordinary differential equations are solved by the classical Adomian decomposition method (ADM) multistage (MADM). The MADM is a technique adapted from standard where ADM converted into hybrid numeric-analytic called tested for several examples. Comparisons with an explicit Runge-Kutta-type (RK) demonstrate limitations promising capability solving initial value problems (IVPs).
