The influence of calcination temperatures on the physical-chemical properties and catalytic performance MoO3 catalysts, synthesized using a hydrothermal approach, was studied. We present herein catalyst calcined at 600 °C able to convert buriti, babassu, soybean, pequi, macauba, waste cooking oils into biodiesel with yields over 90% under optimized conditions. In addition, used up 8 times without significant loss need for washing between one run another. also found out that very small...

This work described a new magnetic material enriched with strontium as catalyst to produce babassu biodiesel. The use of materials has attracted attention due easy and fast separation from reaction medium. Moreover, they are ecologically correct, generate less discards the environment. Techniques analysis characterization were carried out check synthesis magnetite ferrite, besides verify presence hydroxide carbonate in structure oxide. best catalytic activities presented conversions 78.6%...

In the context of using biodiesel as a sustainable and renewable alternative fossil fuels in order to combat global energy crisis, lindgrenite, Cu3(MoO4)2(OH)2 presents considerable potential be used catalyst for obtaining from soybean oil methanol. Lindgrenite samples have been synthesized laboratory conventional coprecipitation ultrasound-assisted method. Several catalytic tests were performed reach optimal conditions (methanol/oil molar ratio: 45/1, mass: 1%, reaction time: 4 hours,...

The neem tree (Azadirachta indica A. Juss) is known for its therapeutic, pesticide, fertilizer and pharmacological properties. Due to these attributes, this has economic potential continues be used worldwide. For oil extraction, the Sohxlet system was used, extraction characterization of volatiles, HS-SPME/GC-MS method fatty acid profile characterized by GC-FID. average yield obtained from 23%. A total 34 volatile compounds were detected, which 9 identified Kovat's index: 2-methyldecane,...
