This article estimates the economic returns to schooling as well analyzing other explanatory factors for French labor market. It addresses issue of endogeneity bias and proposes two new instruments use in instrumental variable two-stage least squares technique. In this paper, a new nonparametric control chart based on two EWMA statistics is proposed for monitoring process deviation from the target value.
