In intraplate orogens tectonothermal activity occurs at a site removed from plate margin and is considered to result localization of far-field plate-boundary stresses through combination pre-existing structural features modification lithospheric properties fluid alteration, enhanced heat flow potential thermal blanketing effects. The mid-Paleozoic Kwangsian Orogeny (460--400 Ma) in the South China Craton geodynamically associated with response convergence along northern east Gondwana....

We report a facile template-free microwave-assisted approach to synthesize ZnO hollow microspheres. Field emission scanning electron microscopic and transmission results revealed that the average dimensions of these microspheres were about 4 μm in diameter 400 nm thickness spherical shell. Interestingly, "hollowness" spheres could be adjusted by varying microwave irradiation time. Moreover, various distinct structures obtained simply changing amounts trisodium citrate dihydrate. On basis...

Detecting the trace ppb level of formaldehyde (HCHO) in indoor ambient and human exhaled breath using a metal oxide semiconductor gas sensor has attracted increasing attention. A hybrid nanostructure consisting In2O3 nanoparticles grown on Au nanocage (NC) surface was synthesized one-step solvothermal method, which then used to be fabricated as HCHO sensors. The 0.5 wt % NC/In2O3 featured an ultrahigh response 8.8 for 1 ppm at low operating temperature (145 °C), nearly 2.5 times higher than...
