Abstract Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a chronic inflammatory disease characterized by synovial inflammation that eventually leads to joint destruction. Treatment for RA primarily consists of cytokine inhibitors, B cell‐depleting agents, and T cell costimulatory blocking agents. In recent years, miRNAs have come into play with better therapeutic results less side effects, yet their clinical use often limited structural instability. By incorporating miR‐23b the structure tFNAs form complex...
Objective To measure the effect of tetrandrineon (Tet) on inflammatory mediators and endogenous neural stem cell proliferation after spinal cord injury (SCI) in rats. Methods A total 162 Wistar rats were separated into group, Tet group sham operation according to random number table, with 54 per group. Allen's method was used for induction experimental SCI. Animals given (22.5 mg/kg) through tail vein at 30 min, 24 h 48 postinjury. The same volume normal saline other two groups....
