Abstract The diffusion coefficient at zero penetrant concentration D 0 of dichloromethane, chloroform, carbon tetrachloride, cyclohexane, benzene, o‐xylene, m ‐xylene, and p n ‐hexane in LDPE were measured 25°C, using the desorption method. values obtained this way are correlated with size, shape, chemical nature molecules. temperature dependence coefficients toluene also reported limited range 25–45°C. It indicates that, spite a size larger than that toluene, has lower activation energy diffusion.

Bentonite clay is an abundant and low-cost adsorbent silk fibroin, a naturally occurring protein, both have low capacity to remove lethal heavy metal ions from aqueous solution separately. To enhance their adsorbing capacity, new fibroin-based bentonite composite was prepared for improving water quality by eliminating i.e., lead, cadmium, mercury, chromium. The as-synthesized shows better sorption than either of them alone. analyze structural properties characteristic functional groups,...

Burning rate catalysts are of great importance in solid composite propellants for their unique property accelerating combustion speed. Among various kinds burning catalysts, ferrocene and its derivatives exhibit excellent catalytic effects have become the most widely used catalysts. However, these simple ferrocenyl compounds trend to migrate during storage, which causes damage propellants, equipment environment can even affect personal safety. The exploration novel anti‐migratory...
